Coppermill Steakhouse

We ate at this establishment recently while traveling through Nebraska. The atmosphere is like a typical supper club. The food was good but not great. I had a steak that was nicely done. My wife had prime rib which she said was somewhat bland. The service was great. The wine list was short but included a couple of nice options. Overall, we would eat here again if we are in the neighborhood.

I had an excellent prime rib here! We were in town for baseball and showed up 10 minutes before close. We offered to leave several times but they insisted we stay. Both the service and the food were outstanding, 5 stars all day long.

I spent 2 weeks in Kearney Nebraska and had a few meals here both on my own as well as with colleagues from work, so I have seen and eaten most of their menu. I can say that their food is fantastic but their service is even better. The staff make you feel most welcome and actually take the time to chat to you and find out about you and where you come from. Last night my server was Madison and she had genuine interest of the places I have been and where I come from. I highly recommend Coopermill Steakhouse
